CORE is celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2026.
We are pleased to invite you to the following events:
- The annual Drèze lecture will be given by Prof. Raj Chetty and preceded by a Junior Researchers' workshop;
- CORE 6 from 60 : a special Brownbag Seminar series where current junior researchers will present 1 paper from each decade of CORE’s history;
- A series of conferences showcasing the diversity of topics pursued by current CORE fellows:
- Conference on Structural Macro Modelling. DSGE Models: The present, the past, and the future organised by Leonardo Iania and Francesca Monti on May 7 and 8, 2026
- Consumer Protection organised by Johannes Johnen on May 18 and 19, 2026
- Electricity Markets at the Interface of Economics and Operations Research organised by Quentin Lété and Bert Willems on September 11, 2026
- Social Identity and Policy Design organised by Francois Maniquet and Amma Panin on November 12 and 13, 2026
- Matching Markets and Social Networks organised by Ana Mauleon and Vincent Vannetelbosch on November 26 and 27, 2026
A closing drink will be organised on December 1, 2026.
