We are happy to invite you to our Back to Work Day, on Friday, October 10, 2025, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. This day marks the start of the academic year and is a chance to welcome new colleagues, reconnect and kick off the year together.
The morning will be dedicated to introducing the institute to newcomers at the premises of Université Saint-Louis. Attendance is compulsory for newcomers, while others are welcome to join us in the morning or for lunch.
Around midday, we will have lunch at Wolf Food Market. Participants in the afternoon session can meet either at the university or directly at the food court.
In the afternoon, we will go to Prison Island for team-building activities, including the Prison Island adventure, arcade golf, and a musical blind test.
Please make sure to register before September 26, 2025. Late registrations cannot be accepted, except in the event of cancellations, as all activities will be pre-booked with external providers.
For your journey, we recommend using public transport such as trains, the underground and buses.
