PI Meeting

We are pleased to invite you to the next EURON PI Meeting, which will take place on Wednesday, November 26th.

Building on the momentum of our 2024 meeting—where we focused on fostering collaborative science and joint grant applications—we now aim to take a bold step forward. This year’s meeting will mark the launch of a shared vision for the future of our network: “EURON 2029.”

In 2029, the EURON agreement will be up for renewal. This provides us with a timely and strategic opportunity to chart a new course together—one that reinforces EURON as a dynamic, interdisciplinary, and future-ready training and research network.

Our vision for EURON 2029 is driven by two key and connected goals:

1. Unlocking our collective potential – Despite the wealth of talent and expertise in our network, much remains untapped. We want to build stronger, more visible synergies across labs, disciplines, and institutions.
2. Adapting to a changing world – Scientific, technological, and societal developments are moving faster than ever. For EURON to thrive, we need to evolve into a more agile, responsive, and forward-looking organization.

As the saying goes, “every journey begins with a single step.” We invite you to take that step with us and co-create the vision for EURON 2029.

To ensure a focused and productive meeting in November, we will invest in strong preparation—and we ask for your active input. If you have ideas, priorities, or specific topics you would like to see addressed, please reach out to us in the coming weeks. Your contribution will help shape the agenda and the future of EURON.
