Online application form
The housing application form for the 2026–2027 academic year is now available online for all students.
- For international students: your application will be processed upon receipt of your authorization of enrollment, to be sent by email to inforlogementbxl@uclouvain.be.
- For Belgian students: your application will be processed without any additional documents.
Important: submitting an application does not guarantee the allocation of an accommodation. A response will be communicated to you after your application has been processed, starting from May-June.
