Congratulations to Dr.Laure-Alix Clerbaux, researcher at IREC; for her ERC Starting grant focused on investigatins the impact of nanoparticles present in food on our health.
Invisible yet omnipresent, nanoparticles are increasingly used in our foods to enhance color, texture, or preservation. This ERC grant will support her research on how these nanoparticles affect our gut microbiota, an essential partner of our liver.
