Non-university activities
If you wish to visit Louvain-la-Neuve for activities unrelated to the university, there are three categories of car parks available for non-members of UCLouvain.
Public car parks
Public blue zone car parks are located throughout Louvain-la-Neuve and managed by the town of Ottignies.
Paid car parks
Paid car parks in the city centre (Accueil, Charlemagne, Grand-Place and Grand-Rue car parks) managed by LPE.
Free car parks
“Malin” (“smart”) car parks, in purple on the map, are free of charge and do not require an access card or parking permit.
There are three “malin” car parks, which are accessible to all motorists and located on the outskirts of Louvain-la-Neuve.
Parking Baudouin 1er (210 spaces)
Parking Lauzelle (180 spaces)
Parking Rédimé (74 spaces)
No access pass or permit is required to park your vehicle in these areas.
