University activities
UCLouvain car parks are divided into six categories. With the exception of “smart” (“malin”) car parks, all vehicles using UCLouvain car parks must display a UCLouvain permit.

Zone A
Zone A1 (covered), green on map, €190/year (quarterly and half-yearly subscriptions available)
These car parks are protected by barriers and equipped with amenities. Technical management of access to UCLouvain car parks in Zone A is provided by Les Parkings de L'Esplanade (LPE).
There are five car parks available.
Car parks available 24/7:
Parking des Halles: 86 spaces on one level (staff only).
Parking Montesquieu: 288 spaces on three levels.
Parking Socrate: 198 spaces on two levels.
Parking Grand-Place: 300 spaces among the 1,036 spaces on three levels.
Parking Grand-Rue: 200 spaces among the 597 spaces spread over three levels.
Rates:
€190/year from date to date. Option to activate the card for three months (€47.50), six months (€95) or one year (€190).
Important: Subscribing to this zone grants access to all of its car parks and not to one specific car park.
The UCLouvain badge only grants access to car parks if access has been authorised by UCLouvain services following a request and payment of a subscription.
It is strictly reserved for UCLouvain staff and students. This badge is personal and may not be lent or transferred.
Any abuse that is duly noted will be punished by the withdrawal of the subscription authorisation.

Zone A2, yellow on map, €25/year
This offer includes three car parks:
Parking Leclercq: 433 spaces.
Parking Wallons: 230 spaces.
Parking Sablon: 192 spaces.
Rate: €25/year date to date.
Important: Subscribing to this zone grants access to all of its car parks and not to one specific car park.
Reminder: Parked vehicles must display the UCLouvain permit.
Zone A3, brown on map, €25/year (staff only)
This offer includes four car parks:
Parking Euler: 89 spaces
Parking Vinci: 104 spaces
Parking Agro: 91 spaces
Parking Les serres: 90 spaces
Rate: €25/year date to date.

Zone B
Zone B, blue on map, free with appropriate permit
Accessible free of charge windscreen permit, which the UCLouvain staff member or enrolled student must print.

Charlemagne
Charlemagne, red on map, €600/year (quarterly and half-yearly subscriptions available)
This two-level covered car park with a total of 346 spaces offers 64 spaces for staff and students with a specific subscription. People who have subscribed to this car park are guaranteed to find a free space at any time (24/7).
The car park is located under Rue Charlemagne and is indicated by a large illuminated sign just below the entrance.

Coubertin
Coubertin, orange on map, €25/year (FSM staff only)
This open-air car park offers 65 spaces reserved for FSM staff. Please contact your FSM administrative manager for further information.

Free car parks
“Malin” (“smart”) car parks, in purple on the map, are free of charge and do not require an access card or parking permit
There are three “malin” car parks, which are available to all motorists and located on the outskirts of Louvain-la-Neuve.
Parking Baudouin 1er (210 spaces)
Parking Lauzelle (180 spaces)
Parking Rédimé (74 spaces)
No access pass or permit is required to park your vehicle there.
