En Terre-1-Connue is an alternative educational project launched three years ago by the non-profit organization Amarrage. It offers young people facing complex challenges a pathway to recovery and personal development through:

  • living close to nature at the heart of a working farm,
  • an autonomous campsite environment,
  • active participation in a vibrant community setting (farming, market gardening, animal care, and communal living),
  • a horizontal and participatory educational approach,
  • sports and artistic expression activities,
  • psychosocial support provided by a dedicated professional.

The project has already demonstrated its effectiveness and value, helping young people regain self-confidence, self-esteem, and hope within a supportive environment that encourages responsibility and empowerment.

Relocating the project to the FERM platform will :

  • provide suitable and sustainable infrastructure for the long term,
  • ensure the continued quality of care and support offered to participants,
  • expand the range of activities available to young people.

For the FERM platform, this partnership also represents an opportunity to add a social dimension to its activities and further strengthen its contribution to society.
