    The ICTEAM Thesis Award 2026 goes to Nicolas Roisin
    The ICTEAM Thesis Award 2026 was granted to Nicolas Roisin for his thesis entitled "Optical and Electrical Properties of Highly Strained Silicon towards Extended Infrared Photodetection" (supervisors: Denis Flandre & Jean-Pierre Raskin). The selection jury also awarded a special mention for scientific impact to Clément Hoffmann, and a special mention for commitment to Vincent Kaschten.

    IEEE PerCom 2026 - Best Paper Award
