AI Training modules for Admin staff
In partnership, the Louvain Learning Lab (LLL) and Human Resources Administration (ARH) have designed a two-step pathway to help you use generative AI in a practical, responsible, and useful way.
This initiative meets our legal obligations, including the European AI Act, which requires us to ensure all staff have adequate AI literacy.
Online Module on Moodle : 7 clés pour comprendre l’IA (prerequisite)
This self-paced module is the essential starting point to understand key issues and learn the basics before attending in-person workshops.
- Goal: Understand the 7 key messages about AI at UCLouvain and prepare your 7 questions for the training session.
- Format: Asynchronous online module, available in French, to complete at your own pace.
Hands-On Workshop (3 hours, in person)
This workshop gives you practical experience alongside your team and other UCLouvain colleagues. It also provides an opportunity for peer learning and collaborative discussion.
