For administrative staff

Administrative staff play a key role in the success of the Circle U. alliance. As a UCLouvain staff member, you can benefit from numerous opportunities to broaden your skills, share your practices, and grow your professional networks at European level, in direct collaboration with Circle U.'s partner universities.

Mobility programmes, particularly in the form of job shadowing, allow you to observe how other institutions operate, to exchange working methods, and to draw inspiration from new practices. At the same time, communities of practice bring together colleagues from the nine member universities to exchange ideas and experiences on shared themes such as technology integration, educational innovation, and inclusion. They regularly organise workshops, seminars and sessions for sharing best practices and promoting mutual learning and professional development in a European context.
