How to get the following official documents from the Louvain School of Management (previously called IAG)?

• Transcript of records in French or in English: at the Student Office during the opening hours or through the request form
• Certificate of achievement: at the Student Office during the opening hours or through the request form
• Degree certificate: at the Student Office during the opening hours or through the request form
• Official Master's Degree: at the Student Office during the opening hours, more details here below

Documents are available, during the opening hours (pay attention to closure days):

• For LLN students > at the LSM-LLN Students' Office located at the ground floor of the Doyens Building, Place des Doyens 1 at 1348 Louvain-la-Neuve
• For Mons Students > at the LSM-Mons Students' Office located Chaussée de Binche 151 at 7000 Mons

How to get your degree obtained at the Louvain School of Management (previously called IAG)?

Degrees are available within the 3 months after the proclamation.

• Come to the LSM Students Office during the opening hours (pay attention to the closure days).
  (Please contact us (010/478313 or 8314 ou 8315) to be sure that the Students Office is not exceptionally closed the day you are planning to come).
• And/or participate in your Graduation Ceremony which will take place on November 28th, 2025 in Louvain-la-Neuve (for LLN students) OR in (exact dates TBA) in Mons (for Mons students). 
• Or mandate someone to get your degree; you must give a proxy and copy, both sides, of your Identity Card to the person you have mandated.
