Explore the “LSM Career Path”!

At Louvain School of Management, we support our students at every step of their professional journey through a structured program: the LSM Career Path.

This pathway is designed to:
- guide students in building their career project,
- help them identify their key skills,
- and support them in finding an internship and a job in line with their aspirations.

From the very start of the Master’s program, students discover both their own strengthsand the realities of the professional world, enabling them to define a coherent career plan.

From the first year, as part of the course LLSMD2091–LLSMD2090 – Seminar on Relational and Managerial Competencies, each student takes part in one corporate activity to gain closer exposure to the job market and is encouraged to develop their potential by participating in a Soft Skills activity.
