For any technical issues, cleaning concerns, or repairs needed in the accommodation, students should contact their neighborhood office, which is responsible for the management and maintenance of the building.

For any request regarding a change to the rental contract, students are invited to contact the Infor-Logement/Contract Management (ILGC) service.

Mediation Service

In case of payment difficulties, students can contact the Mediation Service, which can assist them with debt management, setting up a payment plan, or finding other solutions adapted to their situation.

IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY endangering people or property...

 

IN ALL CASES

Call +32 10 47 22 22 (24h/24h, 7j/7j) and provide the following details:

WHAT? Nature and extent of the incident, number of victims and their condition, etc.

WHERE? Building, floor, room number, parking lot, etc.

WHO? Your name and contact number.

Alert others in the building and close doors and windows.
Immediately call UCLouvain’s emergency hotline at +32 10 47 22 22, specifying:

  • The street name
  • The building number

If no response, dial 112.
