A student support person available on campus
The campus support person is responsible for receiving, informing and guiding students who are victims, witnesses or confidants of acts of violence or harassment (physical, moral) and discrimination in the context of their studies and student activities.
Roles: providing initial support, information and guidance on:
- legal courses of action
- internal ressources and services at UCLouvain
- external support services
Transport for victims of sexual violence
Have you been a victim of sexual violence during a student party organised on the Saint-Louis campus?
Thanks to the ‘Appelle Alice’ project, call 02 349 44 22 and a green taxi will pick you up on campus and take you free of charge to the Centre de Prise en charge des Violences Sexuelles (CPVS) in Brussels.
If you wish, it can then take you back to the place of your choice within a 30km radius.
The Together Support Unit at UCLouvain
There is also a unit at UCLouvain, which is responsible for receiving and informing students, as well as supporting them in taking the necessary steps following a report.

Psychological and medical assistance
A doctor and psychologists are also available for appointments on the Saint-Louis campus.
Disciplinary procedure
Students can file a complait with the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs at UCLouvain. This may lead to disciplinary proceedings, which may result in (disciplinary) sanctions, in accordance with the Disciplinary Regulations (Appendix 2 to the General Regulations for Studies and Examinations).
