UCLouvain 600ans – Alumni

LSM joins UCLouvain in celebrating the university’s 600th anniversary!   

On Saturday 10th May, LSM welcomed alumni to a round-table discussion with three of our own alumni : Sophie Streydio, HR Director at Puratos, Camille Tielemans, Consultant at Möbius Business Redesign and Nada Gazoulit, Marketing and Communication Director at Wafa Gestion.  Professor Matthieu de Nanteuil, current Dean of LSM, led the discussion which was based around the theme of their perspectives on ‘Louvain School of Management of tomorrow’.  They also shared some personal anecdotes of their memories as students which gave insight into how LSM has changed over the past 30 years. The afternoon ended with time for further discussion over a drink and an opportunity to  meet up with old friends.

This event was part of UCLouvain’s Grande fête des Alumni, one of the highlights of UCLouvain's 600 year anniversary celebrations. The popular event brought together thousands of former students across campuses in four campuses in Louvain-la-Neuve, Mons, Saint-Louis and Woluwe.  Each campus offered a unique but coordinated programme of guided tours, lectures, family events and concerts. The day came to an emotional close, with the feeling of belonging to a great university community, united by shared values, history and a common future.
