Nomination

First, your home university has to nominate you by filling in the Nomination Form and send it at the following e-mail address: epl-jointdegrees@uclouvain.be

The deadline for receiving your nomination is 1st April!

Note that if you are a double degree student, you have priority for obtaining UCLouvain accommodation if you apply for it on time.

However, to be given priority, you must be nominated by your home university, submit an online application and send to epl-jointdegrees@uclouvain.be the accommodation request number you have received by 10 May at the latest.
