Nomination

To be able to apply as an exchange student at Louvain School of Engineering (EPL), your home institution's international office has to nominate you by filling in the Nomination Form and send it to the following email address: epl-exchange@uclouvain.be.
The deadlines for receiving your nomination are:

| 25 September (for non-European) 30 September (for European) | For the Spring semester (01 Feb - 30 June) |
Note that if you are a non-European student, you have priority for obtaining UCLouvain accommodation if you apply for it.
However, to be given priority, you must be nominated by your home university, submit an online application and send to epl-exchange@uclouvain.be the accommodation request number you have received by 14 May (for the Spring Semester or a whole academic year) and by 29 September (for the Autumn Semester) at the latest.
