The roles of the Doctoral Committee. 

The Doctoral Committee (CDD) meets every month during the academic year, except in July and August.

The deadline for submitting applications is the 10th of each month (midnight).

Any applications submitted after this deadline will be added to the agenda for the following month's meeting.

Applications must be complete and include all the required attachments.

Incomplete applications will be postponed to the next meeting.

‘Urgent’ requests, outside the normal procedure, without valid reasons or justification, will be postponed to the next meeting.
