Protocols are being developed for surface, intracellular, intranuclear (immune) staining and functional analysis in murine and human species.

Main equipment

The CYTOFLUX Platform is equipped with two analysers and a cell sorter for cell separation as well as a tissue dissociator to obtain a single cell suspension before cell staining.

  • GentleMACS, dissociator with heaters (new acquisition in 2019)
  • FACSCalibur, analyser, two lasers, four fluorescences ;
  • FACSCantoII, analyser, three lasers, eight fluorescences ;
  • FACSAriaIII, cell sorter, four lasers, sixteen fluorescences ;
  • Analysis station equipped with FACSDiva, FlowJo, FACSkin and R software.

    CytoFlux: a new equipment to detect platelets, bacteria and various sub-micron particles
    It is now possible to detect particles as small as 0.1 µm. With this high resolution, platelets, bacteria and various submicron particles can be easily identified and analysed.
