Dragan VUČIĆ is a Doctoral Candidate in Economics and Management Sciences and a researcher at the IPSY. His doctoral research, titled "The Role of Internal Audit in Organizational Learning in Banking," investigates how internal audit departments contribute to organizational learning within banks. His broader research interests focus on the interplay between knowledge and learning processes and organizational performance.
Alice Kasper is a postdoctoral researcher. She is passionate about topics related to intergroup and interpersonal relations. She completed her PhD in Psychology at Université Rennes 2 (LP3C, France), where she focused on the effects of gender and sexism on dehumanization. Her current postdoctoral research focuses on conflict resolution. More specifically, she investigates how the framing of pacification discourse impacts reconciliation. In addition, she has taught social psychology at several universities (Université Rennes 2, Université de Caen Normandie, and UCLouvain).Events
