Complete files must be delivered in person or sent to the vice-rector for student affairs by the deadline established by the Academic Regulations and Procedures below. The date of in-person deliveries will be recorded.
Please be advised :
- In the case of a paper file drop-off, the date of receipt is taken into account.
- In the case of a registered letter, the postmark serves as proof.

| Request to be exempt from specific enrolment fees applicable to students from countries outside the European Union | Before 30 September | The Commission for Exemption from Increased Tuition Fees will examine individual cases of non-eligible international students -those not funded by the French Community - who, during their studies (i.e., after receiving a certificate of enrolment), face an unforeseeable crisis situation not covered by the standard exemption criteria (for example: the sudden cessation of payments by the organization funding the scholarship). |
