What is Langues & Cultures ?

• It is an ILV project launched in 2003, which aims to encourage authentic interaction in the target language through a variety of activities
• The learner is at the heart of these activities, whilst the teacher takes on the role of facilitator, mentor and motivator
• This allows the language to be experienced in a different way, outside the classroom and without assessment
• The project also helps to foster a sense of collective fulfilment and appreciation of others within the teaching team and amongst our student body.

Who are Langues & Cultures ?

L&C is a cross-departmental team within the ILV Community that organises a wide range of activities for students at the Institute of Modern Languages at UCLouvain.
