ILV course schedule and rooms

Q1 | S01 | Week of September 14, 2026

During the first semester (Q1), the first week (S01) is reserved for :

•   Tests : exemption, diagnostic, placement, level tests
   
•   INFO language sessions (other than lfran)
   
•   LFRAN courses ⇢ exclusively for UCLouvain students and UCLouvain staff members !
   
•   NEW Dutch courses as part of the ESPO Reform for the Bachelor's programme.

Q1 | S02 | Week of September 21, 2026.

ILV language courses (other than LFRAN and LNEE·C·I·R·S_ESPO) begin in the second week (S02) of the first semester. 

Q2 | S01 | Week of February 1, 2027

In the second semester (Q2), ILV courses resume in the first week (S01), unless otherwise noted on 'Mon Horaire'. 

Before enrolling, you can check the timetable for an ILV language course 

•   either by looking at its description (see the many blue codes for our ILV courses)

   

•   or by looking at the standard timetable

Once you've registered, you can import and personalise your timetable (add personal activities, filter activities that don't concern you, find your rooms, etc.) 

•   either from MyUCLouvain ⇢ My studies ⇢ My timetable 

   

•   or directly from Mon horaire

'Mon horaire' is actually 'ADE Scheduler', created by 3 former EPL students who are now Research assistants !!!

And because 'ADE Scheduler' has been such a hit ! with students, it has become THE official tool for consulting course timetables, intuitive and adaptable to smartphones :-)
