To make mobility easier for the students, UCLouvain and UNamur reimburse the cost of SNCB "Campus" cards of SNCB used by the students to commute between Namur and Louvain-la-Neuve within the framework of their courses.
This advantage is offered to all students registered in the master programs co-organised by both institutions.
Bring your student card or your temporary student card (download it via MyUCL) at the train station and ask for a ten-travel card (LLN-Namur).
To get the reimbursement at the end of the semester, you have to
- return all your cards (campus or ten-travel card ONLY - single tickets will not be reimbursed) to Julie Porreweck (office D.020)
- fill in the "Reimbursement Form" "Formulaire de remboursement"
