Your Expenses (UCLouvain - UNamur)

To make mobility easier for the students, UCLouvain and UNamur reimburse the cost of SNCB "Campus" cards of SNCB used by the students to commute between Namur and Louvain-la-Neuve within the framework of their courses.
This advantage is offered to all students registered in the master programs co-organised by both institutions.
Bring your student card or your temporary student card (download it via MyUCL) at the train station and ask for a ten-travel card (LLN-Namur).
Please note that only the travels will be elligible for reimbursement, the SNCB Student Multi card (6 euros) will not be reimbursed.
To get the reimbursement at the end of the semester, you have to
- return all your original cards/tickets to Julie Porreweck (office D.020)
- fill in the "Reimbursement Form" "Formulaire de remboursement" with the code of the courses you followed in Namur
