The following applicants are concerned:
- Students who are nationals of countries outside the European Union and not assimilated to Belgian students, applying for admission to a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree or certificate programme.
The following are not concerned:
- International joint degrees
- “Erasmus Mundus” exchange programmes
The application processing fee is €200.
Once you have confirmed your application, you will be automatically redirected to our online payment platform.
Are the application fees refundable?
- If your application is accepted, the €200 will be deducted from the tuition fees of the programme in which you enrol.
- The application fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your application.
Can I transfer the application fee from one application to another?
- No. The application fee is linked to a specific application and cannot be transferred.
I submitted two applications and paid two fees. If I enrol in one programme, will all fees be deducted from my tuition fees?
- No. Only the fee paid for the application related to the programme you actually enrol in will be deducted from your tuition fees.
