1 February 2026: final deadline* for paying your registration fees
Our advice
- Do not wait until the last minute. Payments can take up to 10 days to reach UCLouvain.
What will happen if you have not paid by 1 February?
- You will not be able to access your exam marks.
- The Enrolment Office will deregister you from UCLouvain.
- You will have a debt with UCLouvain. This will prevent you from registering at any other FWB institution.
