| Mandatory English Test | November 25th 2025 12h45 - SOCR10 |
| Free language tests for the destinations with additional language requirements (Dutch, German, Spanish (for all Spanish-speaking destinations), Italian (only Genova)) | December 4th 2025 - online (enrolment on Moodle) |
| Deadline to submit a completed application file (including the English certificate and all other necessary documents) | From January 30th till February 8th 2026 |
| Communication of the allocation for exchange destinations | End February 2026 |
| Bachelor Degree or add-on module completed if applicable | June 2026 |
| Pick up your ambassador pack | June-August 2026 |
This procedure is applicable for regular LSM students and IB students.
