Career Support at LSM with CEMS

Students enrolled in the CEMS Master’s in International Management (MIM) at Louvain School of Management benefit from a range of structured career services designed to support their professional development and job search. 

Coordinated with the CEMS Global Office, these services offer CEMS MIM students and alumni exclusive access to international job opportunities, company insights, and events with recruiters from diverse sectors.

 

All services below are exclusively available to officially enrolled CEMS MIM students at LSM who have received their personal login credentials.

The CEMS Career Center is an online platform dedicated to students and alumni of the CEMS network. It allows users to:

 

 - Browse internship and job offers from CEMS Corporate and Social Partners;

 - Subscribe to a weekly newsletter with updates on recruitment events and open positions;

 - View detailed profiles of companies actively recruiting within the CEMS network;

 - Access job search resources and career advice tailored to internationally mobile graduates.

Through the CEMS CV Database, students can build a professional CV and make it available to Corporate Partners who are actively looking for candidates for internships and full-time roles. Employers can search the database and contact students directly if their profile matches a need.

All CEMS students receive access to two online platforms that support international career preparation:

- Going Global offers country-specific employment resources, including work permit information, job market overviews, and key employer directories in over 120 countries;

- Through GoinGlobal, you can access CultureWizard which provides short online modules, articles and videos on cross-cultural awareness, to help students adapt to professional environments across different regions.

CEMS MIM students have access to a variety of global career events throughout the year, including:

 

- The CEMS Career Forum, a two-day in-person recruitment event hosted by a different CEMS school each year;

- The CEMS Global Recruitment Event, a five-day online event featuring job offers, live sessions, and virtual networking;

 - Career Explorer webinars, alumni chats, and industry insights offered regularly online.
