This session, given by Sylvie Baudine, aims at providing the members of the institute (professors and researchers alike) with the necessary information for the smooth operation of a research team. You will learn about the hiring procedures linked to the various statuses, the consecutive rights and obligations towards the university and the funding sources. You will also receive some tips to ensure good collaboration from the start and avoid misunderstandings and the resulting frustration and bitterness.
