Activate your UCLouvain account

A few days after submitting your enrolment request, you will have received an email to activate your UCLouvain account. Please follow the instructions provided in that email.

Haven’t received an activation email?

• Check your junk or spam folder.
• Still nothing? No problem. Have your NOMA (indicated in your enrolment confirmation) ready and go to this link.

Experiencing issues while activating your account?

• Submit a help request to our Service Desk via our online platform or call +32 (0)10 478282.

Finalise your enrolment

You will be provisionally enrolled within 24 hours of receiving the email confirming your enrolment at UCLouvain. This provisional enrolment is valid until 31 October.
To obtain full enrolment status, you must pay a deposit of at least €50, as well as any additional fees (sports card and solidarity card) by 31 October at the latest. Please note: if payment is not made by this date, you will be automatically unenrolled.
The full amount of your tuition fees must be paid by 1 February at the latest.

Special case for students applying for study grants (DAE): If your study grant application is still being processed by the DAE, your tuition fees are temporarily frozen; only the additional fees must be paid by 31 October. 

No additional fees to pay? In that case, you will automatically be fully enrolled.

• Your “Registration Notice and Invoice” certificate is not available? Please wait at least 3 days after receiving the email confirming your provisional or full enrolment.
