Activate your UCLouvain account

A few days after submitting your enrolment request, you should receive an email to activate your UCLouvain account. Follow the instructions provided in the email.

Didn’t receive an activation email?

  • Check your spam folder.
  • Nothing? No problem, just have your NOMA (indicated in your enrolment confirmation) ready and visit this link.

Finalise your enrolment

You will be provisionally enrolled within 24 hours of receiving the email confirming your UCLouvain enrolment. This provisional enrolment is valid until 31 October.

To be definitively enrolled, you must pay a minimum deposit of €50, as well as any supplementary fees (sports card and solidarity card) by 31 October. Warning: If payment is not made by this date, your enrolment will be automatically unenrolled.

The full tuition fee must be paid by 1 February.

Special note for students applying for study grants (DAEs): If your study grant application is under review, your tuition fee are temporarily frozen and only supplementary fees must be paid by 31 October. No supplementary fees to pay? In this case, you are automatically definitively enrolled.

Your "Enrolment Notice and Invoice" certificate is not available?

  • Wait at least three days after receiving the email confirming your provisional or definitive enrolment.
